Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms for CMS publishing and other features. When you connect third-party accounts:

• You grant us permission to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf
• You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms
• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beakn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of substitute services
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from third-party integrations or services

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of generated content
• Warranties that AI-generated content will achieve specific SEO results

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or require fact-checking. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying content before publication.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beakn, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create, publish, or distribute using our Service

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings. You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in class actions.
